CrabTreeCove.com Paddle Event
Promoting Paddle Enthusiasts For The Four States
(Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma & Kansas)
CrabTreeCove.com would like to invite you to spend a day with us on the water at the beautiful Crabtree Cove on Stockton Lake, MO, Saturday, June 29. Bring your paddle equipment and let’s have a great time. The event is being hosted by CRABBY’S Bait Shack & Aquatic Rentals, located at 15725 S. 1801 Road, Stockton, MO.
As lake goers ourselves, the people at CrabTreeCove.com have put together an expert team that specializes in advertising, videography, online marketing and writers that have the journalistic and creative skills to promote the sport of paddling across the Four States.
If you are a business, manufacturer, outfitter, educator, club, or event sponsor that sells, rents or promotes the sport of paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, river rafting and/or surf skiing, you need to be here for the event.
By bringing people like yourself together not only will it allow us to introduce you to a new and exciting place to paddle, but also we will be able to get to know you personally and see how we can help each other to promote this growing sport and business. Our goal at CrabTreeCove.com is to build these synergies and we are dedicated to make this happen.
THE EVENT
10 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
Meet & Greet/Introduction. Coffee and donuts will be available.
We will have a professional video crew there to document the event – so be prepared to go on camera and tell them more about yourself and your business.
11:15 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Hear from the Attendees. We want you to give us a description of your business and where you are located.
11:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
Introduce our friends from Ozark River Walkers, a SUP manufacturer from the Springfield, MO area. They will be showing their new lineup of inflatable SUPs.
11:45 – Noon.
Next up will be Katherine Wallace, owner of Flatwater Fitness & Fun out of Augusta, KS. What can I say about Katherine? She runs a very successful SUP & Kayak rental business and is a great marketer/promoter of the sport of paddling of all types.
Katherine is also the Race Director for the inaugural Power to Paddle Classic to be held later this year at Crabtree Cove on Stockton Lake. SUP, Kayak, Outriggers and Surf Skis are welcome with prize money being offered to the winners. The national race has already attracted some of the biggest SUP stars on the paddling race circuit today. Who is planning to be there?
- American ICF SUP Sprint World Champion, April Zilg, is making plans to be at this year’s Power to Paddle Classic. After winning the world championship in Gdynia, Poland, Zilg attributed her win to her recovery strategies between heats and then being able to make modifications and improvements for the next race.
- Maddie LeBlanc is a professional stand up paddle boarding athlete and teacher from Niagara ON, Canada. She is currently ranked #1 in Canada and will be participating in the 2024 ICF World Championships in Sarasota, Florida in November.
- Ethan Huff, a well renowned paddleboarder, is an ASI (Academy of Surf Instructors) certified SUP instructor and produces some of the best instructional SUP videos in the industry today.
Katherine is anxious to give us all an update on the upcoming race during the June 29th event.
